What’s Happening at MilkLand
From live DJ sets and community events to exciting collaborations and opportunities for our DJs, there’s always something happening at MilkLand. Keep up with our latest events, see where we’ve been, and find out what’s coming up next.
Westition at Monkey Suit, Exeter
We were incredibly proud to see Tom West and Jacob Towner take the lead at their own Westition gig at Monkey Suit in Exeter, alongside guest DJ JC from London.
All three DJs are blind or partially sighted and put on a brilliant night. MilkLand has worked with Tom and Jacob on their DJ journeys, so seeing them progress to putting on their own events, with a little guidance from us along the way, is exactly what we love to see.
A huge thank you to Monkey Suit for hosting!
Fayble takes to the decks at LP
MilkLand recently headed along to the grand opening of local artist LP Edits. Although we’d never met in person before, we’d both been following each other’s work for some time.
It wasn’t long before our very own Fayble was behind the decks on a very unusual setup — built into a grand piano!
We had some great conversations with Lewis and hope to collaborate in the future, potentially even bringing some unique artwork to the Milkfloat.
